I had a lovely stay with cozy rooms that included a fridge stocked with complimentary snacks, making it feel welcoming after a busy day. The hot beverages and fresh fruits available in the lobby added a nice touch to the overall experience. One downside was some minor noise from the reception area at times, but it didn't significantly disrupt my stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I had complimentary bottled water which they refreshed daily. The staff was friendly. they made sure I was well taken care of every time I walked in.

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially with the short walk to the Coca-Cola London Eye, which provided stunning views over the river, as well as the nearby Imperial War Museums that offered a deep dive into history. the friendly staff made my experience even better, leaving me looking forward to coming back for more city explorations.

The twin room had free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and a mini fridge. Nice shower with good water pressure and clean ensuite. They provided complimentary bottled water, fresh fruit, and sweets, which was a thoughtful touch. Great location, close to attractions like London Bridge and Borough Market. Very accommodating staff, check-in was super easy!

the staff were super friendly n helped me with everything. the bed was really comfy. They left a bowl of fruit in my room which was a nice touch. also, a good location with easy access to the south bank centre n lots of places to eat nearby. i enjoyed the complimentary tea, coffee, and the biscuits they provided too! could totally chill here again.

the only bummer was the noise in the morning, with doors banging n people talking loudly. also, the room wasn’t very soundproofed, so it was a bit annoying at times.

Had a lovely 1-night stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I loved the fridge in my room! Free water, fruit, and cozy sheets made it feel really welcoming. Breakfast was included, but it wasn’t the traditional kind. The only thing was, my room was a bit small for me. Still, great value for money!
